SARDON COLLECTIONS (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates exclusively through online sales and is based in Naples, Florida, United States. By placing an order with SARDON COLLECTIONS, the customer (“you,” “your”) agrees to the terms outlined in this Return Policy.
General Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. The return window begins on the date the order is placed, not the delivery date.
Returned items must meet all of the following conditions to be considered for approval:

Item must be noticeably unworn

No rips, tears, stains, odors, or damage of any kind

No loose or falling stitching

Item must pass our inspection upon return

Original verified SARDON COLLECTIONS tag must be attached

Original shipping tube/packaging must be returned in perfect, undamaged condition
Any item failing to meet these conditions will be rejected and returned to the customer at their expense.
Non-Returnable Items

These products are made specifically for the client and are not resellable. No exceptions will be made.
Quality Control Disclaimer
Every product shipped by SARDON COLLECTIONS undergoes strict quality control and a thorough inspection prior to dispatch. As such, normal wear, misuse, or customer-caused damage will not be considered a manufacturing defect
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must report the issue within five (5) days of the arrival of the products ordered.

Failure to report damage within this time frame will void eligibility for return or replacement.
Return Authorization Process
All returns require prior approval.

Shipping & Fees

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the damage or error is confirmed to be the fault of SARDON COLLECTIONS.

We do not cover return shipping for reasons such as preference, fit dissatisfaction, or “not liking” the item.

At this time, SARDON COLLECTIONS ships exclusively within the United States.
International shipping is not currently available.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
